For delivery of your order, we strive to select a fast but also sustainable option. As a result, which delivery service delivers an order may vary.
Of course, we use the reputable couriers, so your order is usually delivered the next business day.
It is always possible to pick up your order yourself, but this is by appointment only. We have no physical stores.
If you have placed an order with one of our sales partners, your order will be delivered by their selected delivery service.
We offer all known shipping methods. We do this through SendCloud. SendCloud is a leading provider of shipping solutions for more than 23,000 e-commerce companies and automates shipping from checkout to returns so we can quickly process and ship your order. Of course, you can track your order with Track & Trace.
In these more expensive times, we have chosen not to increase prices. We still have "free shipping" for in the Netherlands, but to keep it profitable, we have to apply a minimum order value. For orders over €50, you pay no shipping costs for delivery in the Netherlands. For orders with an order value less than € 50,- you pay a small contribution to the shipping costs.
Are you ordering from another country - or would you like to have your order shipped to another country than the Netherlands? This is of course possible, but we do ask a small contribution to the shipping costs. The shipping costs differ per country. Below you will find an overview of the shipping rates per specific country.

We strive to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Our average delivery time depends on when you place your order and the day of the week.
If you order before 4 p.m. (local time) on weekdays, your order will (usually) be shipped the same day.
This of course only applies to products that are in stock and thus available for shipment. Should there be a slightly longer processing time, we will of course inform you.
On national holidays, the delivery schedule would not apply. Here is a list of national holidays on which there are no deliveries:
New Year's Day (Jan. 1)
King's Day (April 27)
Liberation Day (May 5, once every five years)
Ascension Day (varies, usually in May)
Christmas Day and Boxing Day (Dec. 25 and 26)
Please note that the exact dates for some holidays may vary depending on the year.
Also, sometimes delivery services can be very busy around Christmas, Sinterklaas and Blackfriday. Therefore, keep in mind extra long delivery time.
