Making silver water involves the process of dissolving small particles of silver in water.
- Pure silver wire or plate (99.99% purity is recommended)
- Two glass containers
- Distilled water
- 9-volt battery or other electrical device such as a silver generator
- Electrical wire (preferably silver wire)
- Salt (optional, but can be used to increase the conductivity of the water)
- Make sure the glass containers and the silver wire or plate are clean.
- Fill a glass container with distilled water.
- Place the silver wire or plate in the water. Make sure the silver is not in contact with the edges of the container.
- Connect the silver wire or plate to the positive terminal of the battery or silver generator.
- Connect another piece of wire to the negative terminal of the battery or silver generator and immerse it in water.
- Turn on the battery or turn on the silver generator. This creates an electric current that releases the silver ions and disperses them in the water.
- Allow the process to continue for several hours to a day, depending on the desired concentration of colloidal silver.
- Check the color of the water regularly; it should take on a light yellow to golden hue.
- Once the desired concentration is reached, turn off the battery or turn off the silver generator and remove the silver wire or plate from the water.
- Pour the colloidal silver water into the other clean glass container. It is now ready for use.
