This water softener is suitable for smaller solution(s). Think: in the mobile home or installation on the smaller water pipes (the branches of the main water pipe) near the washing machine, dishwasher, central heating boiler, close-in boiler, Quooker (or other boiling water system). This product is usually not strong enough / does not have enough surface area to mount on the main water pipe.

Lime scale is also called "boiler scale / limestone," and it forms during the heating or boiling of tap water. Especially in hard water, in which there are many calcium and magnesium ions, a lot of scale is formed when heating. Boiler scale gets its name from the boilers of steam engines and heating equipment, in which it deposits as "stone" on the walls.

Lime scale interferes with the proper functioning of the heating device and it is also harmful to an existing heating element. Lime and magnesium are not harmful to health, in fact, good tap water should contain minerals, but it looks unfresh (think of limescale in the bathroom or in the kettle).

Reduce limescale up to 85%. This small but powerful magnetic water softener, you connect to the (branches of the) water supply and the magnetic field creates a "chaos" in the water, so that the minerals, during heating, will no longer clump.
